We are seeking an organized and attentive Accounts Receivable Analyst to work with numbers and financial processes, handling collections, receivables control, and administrative support.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers and financial processes, this position is for you.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct collections and monitor payments;
* Control receivables and reconcile accounts;
* Issue invoices, receipts, and financial reports;
* Monitor delinquency and negotiate with clients;
* Support the finance department in administrative routines.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in the finance area, specifically in accounts receivable;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced);
* Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
