This person will be responsible for making the first contact with potential leads, identifying business opportunities, and qualifying companies with strong alignment to the company's solutions. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through a structured outbound prospecting approach using channels such as phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn—ensuring organization and quality at the top of the commercial pipeline. Key responsibilities: Conduct active outbound prospecting of new customers via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Identify and map decision-makers within target companies, understanding their business context and alignment potential with the company's solutions. Perform initial lead qualification by assessing customer pain points, investment potential, decision-making authority, and implementation urgency. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to validate opportunity fit before scheduling meetings with sales executives. Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or commercial presentations for the sales team. Execute the meeting confirmation process (Triple Check), using e\-mail, messaging, and phone calls to minimize no-shows. Maintain a structured follow\-up process, ensuring no opportunity is discarded without at least three contact attempts. Log all lead interactions in the corporate CRM, keeping history up-to-date and ensuring full traceability of opportunities. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead qualification criteria and continuously improve opportunity generation. Monitor prospecting metrics such as response rate, meeting conversion rate, and quality of generated opportunities. Participate in commercial meetings, product trainings, and coaching on prospecting and consultative selling techniques. Provide feedback on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), lead quality, and recurring objections identified during prospecting. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical Requirements: Experience in B2B commercial prospecting, preferably in Inside Sales or Outbound Sales models. Experience generating outbound leads using channels such as phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar). Organization and discipline in pipeline management and follow\-up execution.
