Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead promoter teams, manage activities at points of sale (PDVs), and develop field-based talent. Key Highlights: 1. If you possess leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and experience managing field teams, this could be the ideal opportunity. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for leading and supervising the promoter team in executing activities at PDVs; managing work schedules and vacations; delivering training to ensure correct Tropeira and multi-brand product presentation (pricing, restocking, and professional conduct); organizing routes and departmental assignments; developing the team to secure better shelf space and sales opportunities at points of sale; conducting monthly alignment meetings; as well as prospecting new talents and developing successors. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) Relevant experience in the role, preferably within consumer goods companies involving execution routines, perfect store practices, planogram implementation, category management, and an analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and results.
