Ensuring smooth information flow We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant to provide direct support to the Commercial Manager**, assisting with administrative and operational tasks in the sales department. This person will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, organizing commercial processes, and ensuring effective information flow among the sales team, customers, and internal departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Commercial Manager in administrative and operational sales routines. * Monitor daily sales team targets and KPIs. * Update reports, spreadsheets, and CRM with customer, lead, order, and opportunity data. * Track the status of proposals, quotations, and commercial orders. * Assist the sales team with process-related questions and discount approvals from management. * Conduct follow\-ups on proposals and support customer service for strategic clients. * Facilitate communication among Commercial, Shipping, and Cashier departments. * Organize commercial meetings, schedules, and departmental documents. * Support market data collection, commercial campaigns, and team training initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in administrative or commercial roles; * Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. **Additional Information** At GDSUL \- Intelligent Construction, we believe a positive work environment begins with respect and care for people in everyday interactions.
