#### **About the Role:**
The Sales Assistant – Head Office plays a fundamental role in supporting the company’s commercial operations, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and providing support to consultants and management. This position is critical to the organization and efficiency of the sales process, acting as a liaison across various departments and directly contributing to goal achievement.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide operational and administrative support to the manager and consultants.
* Mediate between internal departments (e.g., collections, credit, billing) to resolve pending issues and optimize processes.
* Provide direct support to sales consultants in situations such as: application errors, document review tracking, and negotiation of outstanding installments.
* Monitor and update real-time control tools and spreadsheets.
* Generate and analyze sales performance reports, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Maintain and populate spreadsheets with consultant service and production data.
* Support management with information and data for strategic decision-making.
* Organize and maintain sales-related files and documents.
* Provide service and support to internal and external customers when required.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed High School education.
* Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles.
* Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level) for spreadsheet input, report generation, and cross-referencing of service and sales data.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate across departments.
* Organizational skills and attention to deadlines and procedures.
* Resilience and proactivity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices.
#### **Work Schedule and Hours:**
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Lunch break: 1 hour and 12 minutes
* Extended coverage for PCD
