Focus on organization, proactivity, and results We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with leadership skills to serve as assistant manager in our bakery. Main Responsibilities: Assist the manager in store and team administration. Supervise customer service, ensuring quality and efficiency. Organize team routines and monitor employee performance. Manage product and supply inventory to prevent shortages or waste. Monitor production and restocking of bread, savory snacks, and other products. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with sanitary regulations. Support cash register opening and closing procedures, as well as store opening and closing. Resolve operational issues and handle customer complaints when necessary. Support training and onboarding of new employees. Conduct employee performance evaluations. Monitor sales targets and contribute to increasing store revenue. Desired Qualifications: Experience in bakeries, retail, or food service. Experience in leadership or team supervision. Strong communication skills and organizational sense. Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve problems. Flexible availability.
