Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring product availability, onboarding new employees, and tracking team performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. We are over 20,000 people committed to delivering high-quality, high-performance products for the best in sports.** ============================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product availability at the point of sale and align with unit management regarding restocking needs; * Lead the onboarding process for new employees; * Track daily and monthly team performance indicators, flagging gaps relative to established targets; * Be responsible for store opening and closing procedures; * Conduct merchandise audits and issue adjustment invoices when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule and Sundays on a 2:1 rotation. **Our Dream: To build a better country by leading the development of sports in Brazil.** ****Vulcabras was founded in 1952, but it was from 1973 onward that sports became embedded in our DNA.
