Job Summary: The store security officer prevents losses and damages, ensuring safety and peace of mind for customers and staff by observing suspicious behavior and guiding customers. Key Highlights: 1. Loss and damage prevention to ensure safety. 2. Customer guidance and discreet observation of suspicious behavior. 3. Teamwork and proactivity with a focus on courtesy. Store surveillance duties include loss and damage prevention to ensure safety and peace of mind for customers and staff, with the following main responsibilities: * Guide customers regarding product placement when asked; * Observe and monitor suspicious behavior with great discretion; * Approach customers who have left the store with unpaid merchandise calmly and respectfully—only if certain of the act and only after they have exited the premises; * Notify the Store Manager in case of adverse situations or when support is required; * Perform cash withdrawals after verifying amounts and recording them in the system; * Close store doors and windows at the end of the shift, and turn off all lights; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity as required by the company.
