Job Summary: A professional responsible for risk analysis, preparation of technical documents, accident investigation, PPE management, training, and promotion of safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Managing and supervising the use of PPEs and collective protective equipment **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical analyses of occupational risks associated with maintenance, refueling, vehicle washing, equipment operation, and vehicle traffic. * Draft, implement, and review legal and technical documents, such as **PGR, APR, operational procedures, work orders, and technical reports**. * Act as a **technical assistant in labor litigation proceedings**, preparing technical opinions, accompanying expert assessments, and supporting the company's defense. * Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports (CIA, RIAD, safety alerts), and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure proper **management of PPEs and collective protective equipment**, including inventory control, guidance, training, and supervision of usage. * Conduct training sessions, daily safety talks (DDS), and awareness campaigns focused on operational safety. * Monitor compliance with legal requirements and internal and external audits. * Support management in developing safety indicators and action plans. * Collaborate with leadership (foremen, supervisors, and managers) to promote a safety culture and safe behavior. * Supervise critical activities, such as working at heights, confined space entry, electrical work, and machine/equipment operation. * Support onboarding processes for new employees and service providers. * Participate in corporate safety programs, such as behavioral audits (AUDICOMP).
