Resolution of operational failures and continuous improvement of processes. **Open Position: ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an **ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER**. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring execution of daily maintenance activities, and supervising complex projects, guaranteeing operational quality, safety, and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise maintenance teams (preventive, corrective, and predictive); Plan and monitor work orders and maintenance schedules; Ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety standards; Support team training and development; Address operational failures and drive continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the field; * Technical course in electromechanics; * Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills. **Work Schedule:** 5x2\-08:00 to 17:30h **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 4\.500,00 \+ P30** * Food allowance: R$410.00 * Meal voucher per working day * Health insurance\- Promed Exec * Dental insurance **optional** * Transportation allowance Minimum Education: Technical Course * transportation allowance * dental insurance * meal voucher * food allowance * health insurance
