Focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction **JOB OPENING: CONTRACTS MANAGER – CONSERVATION COMPANY** We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the operational management of service contracts (cleaning, security, and concierge), ensuring quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Manage service provision contracts (cleaning, security, concierge, and maintenance) * Lead operational teams (cleaning assistants, security guards, concierges, supervisors) * Conduct site/condominium visits * Ensure compliance with shift schedules, coverage for absences/vacations, and team organization * Monitor employee performance and provide feedback * Track KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, service quality) * Resolve conflicts and manage client communications * Ensure proper use of PPE, materials, and equipment * Support hiring and onboarding processes * Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations **Requirements:** * Proven experience in outsourced cleaning/security/conservation services * Experience managing large-volume operational teams * Experience working with condominiums is a plus * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) (mandatory) * Flexible availability * Dynamic, proactive profile with strong sense of urgency * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organized and responsible * Proficiency in computer applications **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Flexible hours according to operational demand **Benefits:** Salary: BRL 3,438.63 \+ 40% bonus; \+10% corporate vehicle usage allowance; CAJU card for corporate vehicle fuel; Meal voucher: BRL 31.34/day, no deductions; Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00; Day off; Optional Total Pass; Medical assistance via CARTÃO DE TODOS after probation period.
