We are seeking a professional to lead branch operations, ensuring operational efficiency, team management, and performance tracking of the unit. This position will be responsible for organizing branch operations, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), managing personnel, and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners—ensuring service quality and achievement of established targets. **Market-competitive remuneration \+ benefits package. \- Fully on-site position.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage branch operational activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Adjust and supervise work schedules according to demand and seasonality; * Monitor and analyze unit performance indicators (KPIs); * Analyze branch operational costs and propose efficiency improvements; * Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making; * Plan and organize unit operations; * Delegate tasks and monitor team routine execution; * Define activity timelines and operational priorities; * Serve customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service; * Lead operational processes related to onboarding new customers; * Approve suppliers and contracts related to the branch; * Mediate negotiations with customers and suppliers when necessary; * Release invoices and monitor unit payment processes; * Implement processes, routines, and continuous improvement projects; * Identify needs for new roles, technologies, and sectoral improvements; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for branch employees; * Promote and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; * Suggest improvements, projects, and procedures to optimize branch operations; * Ensure all processes align with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in operations management or team leadership; * Experience in performance indicator management and operational routines; * Experience in customer, supplier, and partner relationship management; * Organized, analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Availability for immediate start.
