So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Ensure achievement of targets for the service points under your management by establishing sales strategies, guiding team members, and performing customer service when necessary; * Monitor service point expenses through monthly reports; * Manage card and cash inventory; * Clarify doubts, support, and manage Account and Product Managers, Commercial Agents, and Clerical and Intern Support staff; * Ensure operational process compliance; * Maintain optimal infrastructure at the service point; * Monitor current account closure processes, verify pending items, and act to resolve cases. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (from the 1st semester onward); * Active ANBIMA certification; * Experience managing commercial teams. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of banking branch and service point routines / Banking Legislation; * Experience in auditing; * Suitability certification; * Data analysis skills. **Work Location:** Contagem\-MG (on-site). **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (if preferred, you may receive both amounts on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy of Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
