Support to managers in team development We are looking for a Coordinator to oversee recruitment, selection, and training processes across our fast-food chain, which operates in multiple cities. **Responsibilities:** Conduct high-volume recruitment and selection processes Coordinate onboarding and admissions for new employees Plan and deliver training programs for operational teams and leadership Support unit managers in team formation and development Ensure standardization of HR processes across all units Monitor KPIs (turnover, time-to-hire, performance) **Requirements:** Experience in recruitment and selection (preferably high-volume) Experience in team training and development Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel Work Location: Greater Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais) Employment Type: To be determined **How to Apply:** Submit your updated resume and indicate your salary expectations when applying.
