**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Labor Code Ensure that products and processes comply with internal standards and legal requirements. Guarantee compliance with IFS certifications and develop and review procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate risk analyses and manage potential failures that could impact the customer or business. Ensure metrological reliability and traceability. Lead, develop, and train the Quality and Laboratory team. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, EHS, and HR. Prepare management reports and executive analyses for senior leadership. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields; Relevant experience in the role within Food Industry/Food Service, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Supplies manufacturing; Experience leading quality teams; Knowledge of standards and management systems (ISO 9001, food safety standards – IFS, BRC); Proficiency in Quality Tools and Continuous Improvement methodologies (SPC, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA – Failure Modes and Effects Analysis); Knowledge of Product Management for in-process and finished goods (critical control points, monitoring of in-process and finished products, cleaning and hygiene management, non-conforming product); Knowledge of Quality Engineering (statistical tools, process validation, metrology and calibration, sampling, inspection) and Non-Conformance Control; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work in Satélite neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.
