The professional will be responsible for leading teams, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, and supporting overall project management. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide construction teams (masons, laborers, carpenters, etc.). * Ensure compliance with the project schedule and daily work plan. * Monitor execution of tasks to guarantee quality and productivity. * Control usage of materials, tools, and equipment. * Request materials and support the procurement department as needed. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Serve as liaison with engineers, site managers, and other departments. * Prepare simple progress reports and record incidents. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor. * Demonstrated leadership skills in team management. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in sanitation infrastructure / civil infrastructure / building construction projects. * Training or courses in civil construction. * Valid driver’s license.
