Structured and organized work environment We currently have an opening for the position of Monitoring Attendant at a company committed to delivering high-quality, 24/7, 365-day-a-year customer service excellence — serving as the best partner for our clients’ contact centers. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing telephone customer service; * Recording information and handling cases related to theft and robbery; * Registering and updating data in the system; * Managing tracking alerts.
