




Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee development processes. Manage payroll, social charges, benefits, time tracking, and legal obligations of the Human Resources Department. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, regulatory standards (NRs), and internal policies. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, promoting organizational climate, engagement, and talent retention initiatives. Develop and monitor HR and HR operations performance indicators. Conduct performance evaluations, career planning, and succession planning. Support conflict management and promote a healthy and collaborative work environment. Represent the company in labor negotiations and hearings when necessary. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in People Management, Labor Law, or related areas (desirable).
