Ensure compliance with labor legislation Position: Human Resources Department Manager Location: Belo Horizonte Responsibilities: * Lead the Human Resources Department team; * Supervise payroll closing, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), labor provisions, vacation accruals, employment terminations, and the 13th salary, ensuring correct system RM configuration; * Ensure full compliance with labor and social security legislation and accuracy of event submissions; * Supervise electronic time tracking and benefits administration; * Create and analyze management reports to support executive decision-making; collaborate with the Legal Department on labor and union litigation. Requirements: * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience in managerial or coordination roles within a Human Resources Department; * Knowledge of labor, social security, and social legislation; * Completed Bachelor's degree; Salary: To be negotiated Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
