Strategic partnership with leadership **HR SUPERVISOR** Betim/MG \| On-site Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Opportunity Description** We are looking for an HR Supervisor with both strategic and operational expertise. This professional will be responsible for managing HR subsystems and leading Personnel Department routines, ensuring organizational efficiency, legal compliance, and alignment of people management practices with internal guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Direct involvement in HR subsystems: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate, Internal Communication, and HR metrics; * Planning and executing recruitment processes, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives; * Designing and monitoring HR policies, workflows, and procedures; * Coordinating and supervising Personnel Department routines (payroll, labor charges, hiring, terminations, vacations, time tracking, and benefits), ensuring deadlines and legal compliance; * Leading, guiding, and developing the Personnel Department team; * Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people management-related decisions; * Monitoring KPIs and proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Psychology**; * **Proven experience in HR supervision or coordination**; * Solid hands-on experience in HR subsystems and Personnel Department routines; * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience managing teams; * Easy access to the Betim/MG region. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance (BRL 350.00/month); * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * SESC Benefit; * Gympass; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to BRL 5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Which neighborhood and city do you live in?
