




Rede Gourmet is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in F&B and team leadership to serve as **Breakfast & Events Coordinator** at our **Santafé** unit. If you are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and focused on quality, join our team! **Schedule: 5:40 AM to 2:00 PM** **Work Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate breakfast operations, ensuring excellence in guest service. * Supervise the team during buffet setup, replenishment, and cleanup. * Oversee events, coffee breaks, lunches, and room service orders. * Manage personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. * Monitor COGS and operational revenue. * Place requisitions for supplies and utensils, ensuring efficient organization and restocking. * Verify the quality of products used. * Support planning and execution of internal and external hotel events. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in food and beverage, especially within the hospitality industry. * Skills in team and operational process management. * Availability to work the morning shift. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (company covers 50% of the monthly premium for the employee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental insurance (fully covered by the company); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (fully covered by the company); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy allowance. **Compensation:** * Salary between BRL 2,520.00 * Average commission BRL 1,580.00 Potential for additional earnings Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Payment: Starting at BRL 2,520.00 per month
