Roller Compactor Operator Position – Earthwork Projects Description: The **Roller Compactor Operator** is responsible for operating and **maneuvering compaction equipment** on earthwork, paving, and infrastructure projects. The role directly involves soil preparation and finishing, ensuring service quality, safety, and technical compliance. Responsibilities * Operate a roller compactor in earthwork and paving activities. * Perform soil, fill, and pavement layer compaction according to technical specifications. * Conduct daily inspections of the equipment, checking oil, fuel levels, and general conditions. * Support the construction team in organizing work fronts. * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen. Requirements * Primary education (preferred). * Prior experience as a roller compactor operator on earthwork or paving projects. * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category C or higher. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy equipment. * Availability for fieldwork.
