





**Description:** Completed high school education and minimum 2 years’ experience in production or maintenance. **Knowledge:** Internal Production and Filling Standards and Procedures, Intelex-based system, SAP, Environmental Aspects and Impacts, HSEQ Policy, Messer and ABNT operational procedures, and forklift/pallet truck operation. Basic computer skills, logical and mathematical reasoning. Perform filling of industrial and medical cylinders, baskets, and VGLs, completing required entries in reports according to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Assist in executing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan as scheduled. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Fulfill distribution-scheduled orders within agreed deadlines and quantities to satisfy internal and external customers’ needs. Ensure that equipment related to filling stations, gas purifiers, vacuum and cryogenic pumps, and compressors operate within predefined quality and safety standards. Keep analytical equipment calibrated to comply with existing quality plans. Perform classification, separation, and inspection of cylinders, baskets, and VGLs. Conduct external cylinder inspections, identifying essential parameters for approval or rejection of filling, as well as performing odor and hammer tests; Verify routes, supplies, and customer vehicles; perform periodic inventories to align physical stock with system stock. Perform load separation, assembly, and loading using electric forklifts and pallet trucks; Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies, and support maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) through continuous and sustainable improvement initiatives; Strictly comply with established safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices for chemicals and cylinders; Participate in company-provided training and development programs to enhance technical skills, process knowledge, and safety awareness. Ensure product specifications are met using available resources, minimizing costs while adhering to established technical specifications, quality, and safety standards. Perform analysis of medical and industrial batches prior to shipment to customers, following area-specific standard operating procedures. Enter batch data into the automated analysis system and conduct the analysis. Upon completion of the analysis, submit the certificate generated by the automated analysis system for approval by a qualified professional. 251212020250891818
