We seek committed, responsible professionals interested in developing their careers within an industrial environment that values safety, quality, and operational excellence. **Main Activities** * Operate industrial furnaces used in the metal melting process, following operational procedures and safety regulations; * Feed furnaces with raw materials and monitor all stages of the melting process; * Monitor operational parameters, such as temperature, process duration, and molten metal quality; * Remove slag and make necessary process adjustments; * Collect samples for analysis and support production quality control; * Inspect equipment to identify potential anomalies and report them to the responsible team; * Complete operational checklists and record production data in systems and forms; * Assist in maintaining area organization and cleanliness, contributing to a safe and productive environment; * Operate overhead cranes and mobile equipment, when qualified and authorized. **Requirements:** **Completed High School education;** * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 6x2 schedule; * Experience in operational activities within an industrial environment; * Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ability to work effectively in teams and follow operational procedures. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Disclosed during interview, Private pension plan, Life insurance
