Execute transportation activities — pickups, loading, and deliveries. Plan transportation execution according to routes and customer requirements. Ensure all transportation-related information is accurately entered into the company's operational systems. Prepare closing reports for presentation to senior management. Contract third-party providers and subcontractors necessary for transportation execution. Monitor contracting costs against budget forecasts. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency.
