




Job Summary: Provide support to employees by analyzing and resolving issues, identifying IT incidents, and responding to IT service requests. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and resolve reported issues. Identify incidents and recurring incidents. Respond to service request tickets. Prepare support documentation. Handle IT-related requests. Prerequisites: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SAP. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Residency in Belo Horizonte and/or nearby regions.
