The Internal Maintenance Mechanic I must carry out maintenance and repair activities for defects and failures in machinery, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and safely. Additionally, it is essential that the professional records completed services, maintaining accurate and detailed logs of each intervention. Another critical responsibility is conducting machine release checklists, ensuring all required inspections are completed before returning machines to operation. The mechanic must also take photographic records of machine pending issues, clearly and accurately documenting any problems identified for future analysis and correction. Experience in industrial machinery maintenance is essential, as well as manual skills and technical knowledge in mechanics.
