Description

Job Summary: Perform general cleaning and maintenance services, including environmental sanitation, waste segregation, and replenishment of disposable items, using standard operating procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Performing general cleaning and maintenance services. 2. Assessing surfaces and selecting appropriate cleaning products. 3. Maintaining equipment and monitoring material consumption. Perform general cleaning and maintenance services in various areas, collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all tasks using provided tools and standard operating procedures. 1\. Sanitize tools and areas; 2\. Refill drinking fountains in designated areas; 3\. Select cleaning machines, products, and materials; 4\. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 5\. Clean furniture and tools, countertops, curtains, and blinds; 6\. Maintain machines under your responsibility in good working condition; 7\. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both enclosed and open spaces; 8\. Replenish disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 9\. Clean glass and mirrors; 10\. Water plants within your assigned area; 11\. Report infrastructure deviations to the client; 12\. Accompany suppliers/third parties when requested; 13\. Receive information and relay it to your immediate supervisor; 14\. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to its generating group; 15\. Clean kitchen utensils and equipment; 16\. Dilute cleaning products; 17\. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers; 18\. Perform simple handling of small furniture; 19\. Monitor cleaning material consumption and request replenishment from the warehouse whenever necessary; Requirements: Education: Literate Desirable Education: Completed Elementary School Desired Experience: 6 months performing related activities in industrial, commercial, hospital, or hospitality establishments. Experience in cleaning and maintenance companies or similar activities.
