We are looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible person to join our administrative and financial department. **Main responsibilities:** * Support the department in accounts payable and receivable routines; * Perform entries, reconciliations, and financial controls in systems and spreadsheets; * Manage corporate cards, reimbursements, and expense receipts; * Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports; * Review documents and processes relevant to the department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in related fields; * Prior experience with financial routines; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), management systems, and Banknet; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Immediate availability to start. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Meal allowance * Dental plan * Birthday day off * CLT employment contract * Business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.200,00 per month
