Job Summary: A professional responsible for asphalt mixture screeding, assisting roller operators, guiding compaction and cleaning procedures, and following the site supervisor's instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Asphalt mixture screeding 2. Support and guidance to roller operators 3. Assistance in various pavement construction stages Perform asphalt mixture screeding (using a screed), assist roller and/or compactor operators, guide them on compaction direction, cleaning, and work area, establish sequence for the activity, assist in salting process, follow the site supervisor's instructions as required, and perform other related duties.
