A Technical Support professional for construction and agricultural machinery, serving as a technical reference, performing diagnostics, on-site technical visits, and training, while managing communication with the factory.

Description:
* Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in maintenance and diagnostics of construction and/or agricultural machinery (mechanical and electronic);
* Experience in maintenance and diagnostics of engines;
Desirable:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering;
* Knowledge of practices applied in factory-dealer relationships (Dealer Standard);
* Electronic diagnostic tools (diagnostic computers);
* Specialized training on construction and agricultural machinery;
* Certification in Diagnostic Methodologies;
* Certification in Metrology.
* Serve as a technical reference for consultants and mechanics, guiding them on customer service, diagnostics, and technical queries;
* Conduct technical visits and provide on-site technical support to field mechanics, handling critical cases requiring in-depth problem resolution;
* Guide field mechanics in performing tasks, advising them on the use of manufacturer-provided resources such as factory technical support platforms, knowledge library applications, etc.;
* Prepare technical reports for critical cases, compiling information and evidence to support decision-making by company and factory management;
* Record machine failures in the manufacturer's communication portal and perform follow-up, adhering to Dealer Standard requirements to achieve high scores in failure reporting;
* Maintain communication between the factory Product Support team and field mechanics to align and expedite solutions for machine failures;
* Conduct capacity-building training for the team;
* Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to the role, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken;
* Be accountable for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility;
* Guide new employees on area-specific activities, accompanying and facilitating their adaptation process;
* Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the field to enhance professional competence and knowledge sharing;
* Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary;
* Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
