Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers regarding products and sales processes, organizing merchandise, and fulfilling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Complete customer assistance and guidance 2. Merchandise organization and display 3. Order picking and demand fulfillment · Know the products and understand the sales process to provide customers with full assistance and guidance, supporting them with their requests and questions; · Present products and encourage customers to explore the entire store; · Introduce the Wholesale section, guiding customers on the procedures and benefits of this purchasing modality; · Orient new potential customers about the store according to established routing and procedures; · Assist in organizing, cleaning, restocking, and displaying merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper presentation and attention to essential information such as price, item code, and product condition; · Collect shopping cages and products left by customers outside designated areas; · Register customers' merchandise according to operational procedures, with care and attention; · Pick orders placed via Call Center to fulfill customer demands; Perform other tasks assigned by management that are related to this position.
