Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, order management, billing, and delivery, with proficiency in systems and spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and order management. 2. Billing and delivery organization. 3. Computer, system, and Excel spreadsheet usage. * Handle customers via WhatsApp and phone calls, enter orders into the system, print orders, process payments, request feedback, take photos, pack, and deliver orders at the customer's door or to Uber. * Proficiency with computers, system data entry, and Excel spreadsheets. * Intermediate computer skills * Relevant work experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Dental insurance
