Description

Job Summary: Responsible for selling optical products, serving customers, monitoring targets and processes, and performing operational tasks related to sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sell optical products and serve customers 2. Monitor sales targets and orders 3. Register customers and perform technical measurements Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales performance to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Monitor complete eyeglass (O.C.) sales, ensuring timely report submission and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer-facing and system-based); Track service orders with the laboratory to guarantee delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect laboratory-delivered service orders against original requests (quality and condition verification) and execute the 'magical moment' upon delivery; Generate and receive courier pouches; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gympass
