




Job Summary: Optical sales associate responsible for sales, customer service, target tracking, customer registration, and service order management. Key Highlights: 1. Sell optical products and accessories 2. Serve customers according to the sales protocol 3. Monitor sales targets and service orders Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the steps outlined in the Sales Protocol; monitor daily individual sales performance to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track your Complete Eyewear (C.E.) sales, ensuring timely completion of reports and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer-facing and system-based); Monitor your service orders with the laboratory to ensure delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against original orders (quality and condition verification), and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive courier packages; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * gympass
