




**How you can contribute:** * Lead teams of technicians and analysts, coordinating activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical-hospital equipment; * Manage the team by planning, organizing, and controlling tasks and workflow; * Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with protocols, standards, and safety procedures during equipment operation; * Serve as the interface with internal clients (e.g., physicians, nurses) and external clients (e.g., suppliers) for service delivery; * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the team and services provided. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine or Biological Sciences, with active registration with the relevant professional council; * Experience in people management.
