Supporting course registration, renewal, and regularization processes for the Socio-apprenticeship Program on the GOV platform, as well as apprentice registration according to the period defined by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); supporting document organization for records and registrations with human rights councils; updating internal controls, monitoring indicators, deadlines, and pending items within the area. The intern will also assist in organizing workflows and liaising with teams across the operational territories of Rede Cidadã, ensuring greater efficiency and compliance in institutional processes.

### **Minimum Education Level**
Undergraduate studies (in progress)
### **Other Requirements**
* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Social Service, Business Management, Administration, or Pedagogy;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint);
* Residency in Belo Horizonte/MG;
* Preferred: Experience with TOTVS RM;
