Conduct quotations, comparative analysis of proposals, technical evaluations, and purchase recommendations. Track orders and deliveries, ensuring adherence to deadlines and resolving any discrepancies (delays, damages, exchanges, and returns). Monitor minimum stock levels and consumption rates, coordinating closely with end-user departments (dentists, professors, laboratory coordinators, and clinic managers). Evaluate new products, market trends, and innovations in the dental industry. Maintain close relationships with suppliers and participate in strategic negotiations and contract reviews. Ensure compliance with health regulations, ANVISA requirements, and applicable technical specifications for procured materials. Prepare performance reports, procurement metrics, and cost-reduction opportunities. Support internal departments regarding material specifications, availability, and alternative options for dental materials.
