Promotion of teaching, research, and extension activities If you are passionate about training new professionals, possess strategic vision, and have experience in Dentistry, this opportunity may be for you! **Your daily responsibilities:** * Monitor students' academic development and address their needs; * Manage teaching activities, supervising lesson plans, tutoring sessions, internships, clinics, laboratories, and professional practice; * Conduct academic processes such as credit transfers, student transfers, and re-enrollment; * Evaluate and guide faculty members, providing feedback and supporting team management; * Plan quality improvement initiatives for the program based on institutional indicators and guidelines; * Represent the program in internal and external forums, maintaining dialogue with students, faculty, and professional councils; * Encourage teaching, research, and extension activities, promoting academic events and projects. **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor's degree in Dentistry and a Master's degree (Stricto Sensu); * Proven professional experience in Dentistry and as a faculty member in higher education; * Experience coordinating academic programs is desirable; * Availability for a weekly workload of 16 hours.
