Basic knowledge of laboratory tests (types, preparation, and turnaround times). Basic understanding of LGPD and confidentiality of health data. 3. Professional Experience Previous experience in laboratory, clinic, or hospital reception (preferred). Experience in customer service. Experience with healthcare management systems (preferred). 4.
