Cook and season sushi rice **Job Opening: Sushi Chef** In this role, you will be responsible for: ✔ Preparing various types of sushi (nigiri, hosomaki, uramaki, etc.), sashimi, temaki, and other Japanese cuisine dishes. ✔ Cleaning, cutting, and portioning fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients according to house standards. ✔ Properly cooking and seasoning sushi rice. Additional job details are as follows: ✔ Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM; ✔ Work schedule: one fixed day off per week + one weekend off per month; ✔ Salary range: R$2.500,00 to R$3.000,00; ✔ Transportation allowance or fuel/mobility allowance (can be registered via Uber or 99pop apps — no 6% deduction); ✔ Product bonus reward at the store; ✔ On-site snack.
