Assisting in the preparation of dishes of medium complexity Kitchen Assistant \- Responsible for serving all cold dishes, such as salads and desserts, following the executive chef's established methods, presentation, and quality standards. • Work in one or more specialized kitchen stations dedicated to cold foods, including salads, carpaccios, desserts, etc. • Assist in preparing dishes requiring medium complexity, following the chef's established methods and standards, and gathering ingredients. • Responsible for requesting and requisitioning any fresh produce items. * Assist the chef in controlling the cost of goods sold (COGS). • And any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by the supervisor. Completion of elementary education required. • Relevant work experience required.
