A hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Belo Horizonte (Savassi). **Responsibilities:** Perform food pre-preparation, including vegetable sanitation, preparation of artisanal sauces, and portioning of meats and side dishes. Assist grill cooks in order assembly during peak delivery hours. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation and support areas. Ensure ingredients and utensils are prepared for nighttime operations. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. Completion of elementary education required.
