Organization, commitment, responsibility, and good communication Hospital Kitchen Assistant – Hospital Júlia Kubitschek | Barreiro – Belo Horizonte/MG **Employment Type:** Direct CLT Contract **Work Mode:** On-site **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 **Work Location:** Hospital Júlia Kubitschek – Barreiro, Belo Horizonte/MG Salary **Fixed salary + insalubrity allowance.** Benefits * Food basket * Attendance bonus * Meals provided at the workplace (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner) * Commuter allowance or fuel subsidy * Unimed Health Plan * Unimed Dental Plan * Pharmacy benefit program * Partnership with SESI Club * Partnerships with universities Main Responsibilities * Verify diet charts. * Prepare trolleys for meal distribution. * Distribute meals according to nutritional prescriptions. * Set up the meal distribution ramp. * Provide friendly service to patients and internal customers. * Prepare cutlery kits. * Portion food when necessary. * Label meals. * Follow instructions from the Nutrition team. * Support dietitians in kitchen activities. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. Requirements * Completed elementary education. * Availability to work on the 12x36 shift schedule. * Prior experience in hospital kitchens, industrial kitchens, food production, or related areas is desirable. * Organization, commitment, responsibility, and good communication.
