Participate in the development and revision of quality procedures **Description:** Support the implementation of strategies for enhancing and maintaining the quality management system, aiming to contribute to the improvement of processes, information systems, and the quality of the company's products/services; Execute and manage the Quality Management System and specific software as described in the process mapping, PRSs, PRQs, and Institutional Policies; Participate in the development, drafting, and revision of quality-related procedures; Advise managers and other staff members during the implementation of Quality Management System activities to ensure compliance with established standards; Monitor and maintain departmental files and documents in an organized manner to facilitate application of the 5S methodology; Plan and deliver training related to the Quality Management System to promote knowledge sharing and ease program implementation; Execute the internal audit program and quality-related procedures, identifying nonconformities and opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective actions; and reinforcing conformity; Conduct patient record audits to monitor adherence to protocols and institutional policies; Monitor departmental performance based on quality routines and recommended practices, among other responsibilities.
