Technical Quality and Metrology Inspector

Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspecting compliance, releasing products and services, managing materials, and ensuring quality in accordance with technical standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting compliance inspections and product release 2. Quality and metrology management with focus on Lean Manufacturing and WCM 3. Development and maintenance of procedures for the QMS Inspect compliance at the end of each production process stage and for all parts undergoing transformation in machining, fabrication, assembly, and similar operations; Release products and services; Inspect incoming equipment, materials, processed parts, treated parts, etc.; Organize storage and movement of materials/inputs; Work with an integrated system to generate conformity or non-conformity reports; Work in accordance with technical, quality, ISO, and metrology standards, as well as Lean Manufacturing and WCM (World Class Manufacturing); Develop records and documents, and formalize evidence for the QMS; Participate in internal and external audits, perform inspections and training; Develop procedures and execute metrology activities; Calibrate and maintain calibration, control, and inspection of all company measurement instruments for use; Support leadership in managing routines and standard procedures; Work in accordance with technical, quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and organization standards; Perform any other activity compatible with personal qualifications and execute tasks of complexity similar to those described herein or inherent to the role. Requirements: Education: Technical Qualification in Quality; Technical Qualification in Metrology; Experience: 3D Measurement using **Faro Arm**; Proficiency with Other Measuring Instruments: Multimeter; Caliper; Dial Indicator. Desirable: WCM; 5S; Lean Manufacturing; ISO Auditing; Protheus.
