Direct client interface and assurance of compliance with standards. **Your Responsibilities Here** * Develop and review electrical projects for industrial automation solutions, including diagrams, technical specifications, and bills of materials. * Coordinate the technical team and oversee all project stages—from concept to final delivery. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards, such as NR10, NBR, and IEC. * Conduct direct client interface to gather requirements, align expectations, and monitor project progress. * Develop schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Assist in selecting appropriate electrical components and automation devices for proposed solutions. * Supervise system assembly, testing, and commissioning phases. * Prepare technical reports and all necessary project documentation. **What We Expect From YouEducation** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with active registration at CREA. **Experience** * Proven experience in developing electrical projects for industrial automation. * Knowledge of PLCs, electrical panel assembly, instrumentation, and industrial networks. **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and automation schematics. * Proficiency in design software such as **EPLAN** and **AutoCAD Electrical**. * Familiarity with technical standards and electrical safety requirements. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and ability to manage technical teams. * Planning, organization, and systemic vision. * Clear communication and client negotiation skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in projects involving ultrasonic systems or high-performance automation. * Technical English for reading manuals, documents, and specifications.
