Stefanini IHM is seeking an Industrial Painting Professional to join the team at the Factory \- Nova Eldorado neighborhood (Contagem). Responsibilities: * Prepare paints and solvents by diluting and mixing according to technical specifications; * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and applying primer; * Apply liquid paint using spray guns (conventional or airless); * Control paint film thickness and finish quality; * Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed; * Identify and correct defects such as runs, bubbles, or inadequate coverage; * Operate and clean painting equipment; * Follow safety regulations and correctly use PPE; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Comply with established technical procedures and quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications: * Experience with liquid industrial painting; * Knowledge of surface preparation; * Familiarity with types of industrial paints (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.); * Basic ability to read technical specifications; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
