Job Summary: Assist in developing and monitoring production schedules, recording production orders in the ERP system, and controlling material movement. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and updating production schedules. * Record and monitor production orders in the ERP system. * Control and document material movement between inventory and the production department. * Contribute to productive capacity analysis and verification of resource availability. * Monitor deadlines, identifying potential delays or deviations in the production flow. * Support the generation of production performance reports and indicators. * Interact with departments such as Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production to ensure process fluidity and efficiency. * Comply with internal quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in PCP or administrative routines related to production is preferred. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite, with **intermediate-level Excel**. * Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus). * Basic understanding of Production Planning and Control. **Competencies** * Organization and meticulous attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Advantages** * Prior experience in an industrial environment. * Knowledge of automation processes or ultrasonic technology.
