Marketing Designer & Web Developer - Data Frontier We are looking for a **versatile, hands-on professional** to join the team at **Data Frontier**, an innovation and precision engineering hub based in Belo Horizonte (MG), specializing in 3D solutions, CNC, and industrial automation. We serve as the technological foundation for major industries and the quality seal behind high-performance brands. We pursue excellence down to the micrometer. Your mission will be to ensure that our engineering rigor translates into cylindrical precision components of unquestionable accuracy—focused on zero deviation and maximum performance. What You’ll Do (Your Responsibilities): * **Graphic and Visual Design:** * Create visual assets for online and offline campaigns (social media, email marketing, advertisements, presentations, printed materials, etc.). * Ensure consistency and alignment of all visual communication with Data Frontier’s brand identity. * Develop infographics and rich content materials for lead generation. * **Digital Marketing and Strategy:** * Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). * Manage the content calendar and brand presence across digital platforms. * Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and propose optimizations to increase reach and conversion. * **Web Development and Maintenance:** * Build, develop, and maintain Data Frontier’s website and/or landing pages (with focus on WordPress, HTML/CSS, or similar platforms—**to be specified if required**). * Ensure usability (UX) and optimal site performance (speed, responsiveness). **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** * Proven experience in graphic design and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar (Figma, Canva, etc.). * Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies (Inbound, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads). * Ability to develop and maintain websites (proficiency in HTML, CSS; **specifying the platform, e.g., WordPress**, is a strong advantage). * Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Residency in or easy access to Belo Horizonte (MG). **Position Details:** **Employment Model:** Individual Contractor (PJ) **Compensation:** BRL 4,500.00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (included in negotiation/cost support) **Work Location:** On-site – Belo Horizonte (MG) **How to Apply:** Send your resume and **portfolio (mandatory)** with the subject line "**Marketing & Web Designer**" to: amandalopesdatafrontier@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Pay: BRL 4,000.00 – BRL 4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance
